Winter days

Winter days have a similar structure to summer days. The organisation of the event, however, is affected by various restrictions and conditions that have to be taken into account. First of all, you should be mindful of the low temperature and, normally, the snow. At the same time, it is precisely the cold and the snow that give winter days an added value. You can try various outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, kicksledding, snowmobile riding, ice skating, skiing, etc. You can also have fun building a snow fort or enjoying an exotic barbecue among the snowdrifts, etc. A team building session will also offer a better bonding experience in winter conditions.

Winter days are usually organised in January and February. March would be a less fortunate choice (the weather might already be too spring-like). We recommend that you start arranging your winter days in September, for instance, and even earlier, if possible.
