Motivational events are becoming more and more popular. The format when the entire team escapes the habitual working environment and spends a day together elsewhere is the only way for many companies to achieve maximum impact with a limited budget. Generally this means that the first half of the day is devoted to developing the company’s products and services, i.e. to brainstorming (or to some other useful work) and the remaining time is filled with some pleasant activities (normally, those offered at the tourist venue).
A day full of meaningful and cohesion-enhancing pursuits is the ultimate purpose of any motivational event. But such events do not necessarily have to contain company-related activities.
Please allow at least six months to arrange a motivational event. In that case you will be able to achieve its chief goal. Motivational events are mostly organised in the period from March to May and from September to November.
